Rachael is a Vice President at TTR Sotheby's International Realty. With over ten years of experience, she assists buyers and sellers at all price points. Closing on over $40,000,000 in the past two years, and with over $10,000,000 in properties under management, Rachael has a keen eye for investment properties and renovation opportunities, assisting her clients on finding their home and preparing them for sale. Additionally, she has experience in the sale and purchase of foreclosed properties, distressed land, short sales, and other capital transactions. Real estate is Rachael's passion whether it be domestic or abroad. She is a successful developer, renovating single and multi-family properties in both the DMV and internationally. Rachael is skilled in transforming and modernizing those assets for sale as well as generating short and long-term rentals. Rachael has expertise in alternative financing arrangements, investment strategy, development management and complex contract negotiation.
Rachael received her B.A. from Vanderbilt University, her J.D. from Catholic University, and her M.A. from Georgetown University.
With a love of learning and travel she has lived in five different countries and had the opportunity to study at the London School of Economics and Renmin University Law School.
Rachael grew up in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. She is an avid tennis player and a former D1 athlete. Rachael's cultural sophistication and competitive drive make her an asset in all realms of the home ownership experience.
